Lynne Hasselman has written for the Ashland Tidings newspaper and been a guest on JPR鈥檚 老夫子传媒 Exchange and KNCP 107.3 FM. She holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in journalism from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master鈥檚 degree from Portland State University. One of her favorite quotes is by author and historian David McCullough: 鈥�How can we know who we are and where we are going if we don't know anything about where we have come from and what we have been through, the courage shown, the costs paid, to be where we are?鈥�

When she isn鈥檛 writing at one of Ashland鈥檚 many coffeehouses, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and yellow Lab.
