TASER Founder Proposes "The End Of Killing"

United States military, Public Domain, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=1057688

Rick Smith is the founder of TASER (now Axon). He passionately believes that emerging technologies can make guns and other lethal weponry obsolete.

His book, , lays out a thought-provoking argument that non-lethal technology will radically change the military and police forces, and conceivably put an end to civilian gun violence.

His argument is far from an advertisement for his company. In fact, he became obsessed with non-lethal weapons and founded what is now Axon after two close friends were gunned down in a hotel parking lot in a road rage incident.  Rick Smith is our guest.
