Women Gather To Move Up In The World

More than half the population, yet still not equal in pay and other measures.  Women still have some gender biases to overcome. 

Those and many other issues are addressed at the conferences held across the country, including in Ashland next month (October 19-22). 

Di Strachan and Nancy Swift of (JEDI) are among the speakers.  They join us for a discussion of how they advise women to sharpen their skills for their own good, and the good of the world around them.  Julie Wurth of , which now owns the Wings organization, adds some depth.
