Community Rights Could Be On Oregon Ballot

The concept of community rights could grow in stature this year, especially if a ballot measure on those rights makes it to the November ballot. 

The stands behind a proposed constitutional amendment that would spell out the rights of communities to decide their own futures. 

The range of issues potentially affected run the gamut from GMOs to gentrification.  Community rights attorney Ann Kneeland joins us, with Kai Huschke of the .
