Grants Pass School District has moved the Adult Community Transition (ACT) program to a new building. The program serves young adults with disabilities and supports their transition to adulthood and independent living.

The ACT program, which serves individuals aged 18 to 21, is designed to support young adults who have completed high school but require additional guidance in preparing for adulthood. ACT representatives Bob Simonson and Tiffany Reynolds join the Exchange .
